I've had similar problems with redeemable codes from CCP. Sony help is worthless in this and don't waste your time with them. Instead create a customer support ticket in game, or here:

I found that within two or three business days that a helpful CCP representative will fix things for you.
Still confused as to why there is a difference between a promo code for DUST based on the European Region and one for the US Region when this game is NOT regional. But they hooked me up with a replacement code. |

I did get a reply back from GM Vegas. Thank God I'm getting a reply back from a human and not a bot. Something interesting happened when I went to give my my product code.
Gamestop has denied viewing access to my Elite Pack product code, without my request or a chargeback to my credit card. Thankfully I wrote it down when I did.

BBB has sent the claim off to Gamestop's headquarters but there hasn't been a reply. That may take up to 14 days. Update time. I have gotten word back from CCP that the sole code I received of two packs ordered ($150) is, you guessed it, invalid. And I cannot go back to check my code for reference because Gamestop has deleted access to viewing my exact code. Their phone support is worse than useless. And after a full week I have not received a single update on my complaint requests; besides auto message bots. This is just wrong Gamestop. Utterly wrong!
I did not imitate a chargeback, however they are treating like one without actually sending money back to my card.

I suggest you focus your skill points to train up Reading Comprehension to Level 1. We're talking about Gamestop here. In this case, at least a HUMAN representative from CCP tried to help him. As for Gamestop, no response other than a cookie-cutter autoreply, no refund, inaccurate product description, etc.
