Three squads of proto stompers, officer weapons, three tanks, three dropships on a public domination match. I personally took out two dropships, installations and just a couple players, meanwhile my team was getting utterly destroyed. I mean really, I hope it was embarrassing to get knocked out by adv FG/AR, standard sub on a BPO fit. Assholes.

Secondly I want to address the issue that you brought up which is how were supposed to adapt and improve. Which works from one match to the next, but when you find yourself without a squad against three full squad of people using prototype armor and officer weapons, there is only so much you can do as a single individual on a 16 Person team. And no matter how awesome you play, or use tactics, your team will lose. Please get in a game with complete scrubs, and win against multiple proto squads all by yourself.

When you're in a PC and getting stomped on by Balac's and you don't have any left to fight back with because you were foolish with them, don't complain about it. Screw them, don't add to their kdr. Sometimes, I leave the match when the stompers are on my team because I know it will be boring. Other than that one match, tonight really wasn't that bad. Its just part of the game we play, and it will probably stay that way. Edit: Joining a corp or squadding up does reduce the amount of times you're on the stomped side. Great job, team. Head back to the MCC for debriefing and cocktails.

As soon as I see an officer weapon on the kill feed, my number one priority becomes killing that player. Not surprisingly, that player is usually not in the front lines and playing cautiously, but that's never an issue. After 1-2 deaths, they usually take out an advanced/proto weapon again. The weapons are too rare to run consistently. As for the corps themselves, don't worry about it - remember if you're not having fun, just leave. The corps you've mentioned I've come up against many times in a bunch of randoms and seen them struggle. They're organised, bu there's nothing impressive about a group of people going around in a big blob killing everyone they come across. If you come across them one to one they're easy to take down - officer weapon or not.

No isk loss in the ambush match with rainbow effect, 9 protos zerging around the map, luckily it was a big map and I could avoid the proto scanners, damned proto scanners Some corps are proto stomping ambush matches, some are protostomping skirmish matches and some domination matches, there really is no place a new player can go to avoid the at times very uneven matches.

A place is needed where players can avoid proto squads, I am not a skilled player but can easily take down new players when in my proto suit. The passive skill points and equipment makes a big difference besides knowledge of the maps, weapons etc. Nothing will keep the proto stompers away as long as it is possible for them to dominate the other team without risc. We just have to accept the fact that some players find enjoyment in easy mode. Like in EVE lots of pirates find enjoyment in shooting down defenseless ships, even if there is no isk worth of salvage, just because it is fun to grief others. This is also the part that allures me to Dust, try to fight against the jerks, no easy fights as I keep away from proto corps.

I stand and deliver, I frequently top out the board at the match proto stomp or not, and it is evident those that are fresh who have no kills, multiple deaths, and basically no WP and are ill equipped in terms of gear and skills to even be in that match. Also why the hell would I bring out officer gear in a situation like this where my allies are militia/std is just asking it to be destroyed. I stand and deliver, but I am not stupid. Only idiot would throw millions of ISK in value at a pub match while soloing. I generally make at least 300k of profit, it's the nubs I fell sorry for.

Personally, I'm trying anything to give a "normal" match to the opponent. We also tried to run full starter fit, but I guess it's the "organized" vs "randoms" that brings up issues like this.
