That's some chicken-**** kdr padding tactics my friend. I stand and deliver, I frequently top out the board at the match proto stomp or not, and it is evident those that are fresh who have no kills, multiple deaths, and basically no WP and are ill equipped in terms of gear and skills to even be in that match. Also why the hell would I bring out officer gear in a situation like this where my allies are militia/std is just asking it to be destroyed. I stand and deliver, but I am not stupid. Only idiot would throw millions of ISK in value at a pub match while soloing. I generally make at least 300k of profit, it's the nubs I fell sorry for.

I do still stomp hard with an Amarr ADV and ADV Laser / Scrambler, and not because I'm good or whatever, simply because I might have more passives than the opponent. Personally, I'm trying anything to give a "normal" match to the opponent. We also tried to run full starter fit, but I guess it's the "organized" vs "randoms" that brings up issues like this. There is a huge population of players that don't really play the game, they screw off in turrets, LAVs, and dropships or whatever. There are some decent corps out there that would take in just about anybody willing to join. It's not the equipment killing these people as much as it is so many people just suck. And they suck because they aren't playing in squads with people they are familiar playing with. I wish there was an asterisk next to everybody's name that plays solo, in a small **** corp, or NPC so we know not to take them seriously. It's a squad/team game folks. Seriously just attempt to get decent in a decent corp and those tears will become less frequent. Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

It was brutal facing Grupo, Seriphim, Warriors Inc (these guys loved proto stomping D-uni who couldn't even field ADV gear because we were so new) but in the end you get better because you're forced to learn how to play smarter just to stay alive... What kills this game isn't the Proto running, Officer gun using, BLAH BLAH BLAH! Its' the retards on a team that quit because "OMFG! they're in PROTO! ". Blame the people that really ruin the game... the quiters and the MCC campers.
