I have proto amarr assault and proto amarr logi, these two are well balanced I believe provided people utilise the assault bonus which is what its about right? Utilising bonus and skills. The Amarr assault is the only assault with a proper bonus And a simple buff to assaults would also require a buff to scouts and heavies and commandos.

I kind of agree with this assessment. And there are still a number of things the logi does not need to worry about than the assault suit. It's kind of funny that when I hear 'buff the assault' they are admitting that the logi is stronger in aspects that overcome the assault suits role.

Debating is much easier than actually discussing.
As for the main topic. I run in a Fatty suit with Heavy Weapons so it feels like I'm in some Third World Nation watching First World people having First World Nation problems. The impression this game gives is Slots + CPU + Grid = Power. Once a suit of any build light/medium/heavy has less than another in comparison then the other characteristics become exceedingly important.
One thing that I'm curious about would be, if there is an issue with the Gallente Logi does it start to happen at Advanced or Proto level? Is the Basic balanced to the other Basic suits, etc?
To be honest the only thing I care about is that things aren't fixed simply by nerfing.

Bull Teets. The inability to dodge shots in a game where the weapons pump out so much damage in seconds is tremendously disabling. Add on top of that the HMG that can by dodged so easily and you have one weak azz push over heavy. |

Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Don't you know? There's an easy trick to "skip" the overheat animation. Actually, you can't ADS during the overheat time, but you can spam hipfire without making your weapon blow up in your face.
So, it's like:

-> exploit

It's not just the fact he's a logi at all.
In PC Kalente/Reg with Shields Assaults > all logi's because accuracy during strafe battles when the assault has a better strafe = doesn't matter they have 2-300 less ehp. They still win.
However...logi's shouldn't have the 5 rep/s.
And gallente assault obviously need a buff.
As a gallente assault I want a racial bonus that nullfies armor plating movement penalties or significantly reduces them.
Just 0.02 isk. The scrambler is an amazing weapon...and for being a long range weapon...it has waaay sweet reload and hipfire accuaracy...personally I think non scoped a ranged weapon shouldn't be able to have n kick like that. A CQC weap should, but it should do much less DPS at range. Don't get me wrong without using the glitch that's currently making Scramblers OP I think the high alpha is fine, cause with that overheat mechanic it does take skill...but I think an ar reload similar reload time and more kick in cqc if it's going to do tac damage at range and have a sweet charged shot is in order.
TTK is also a problem evidenced by this video. But that's another issue altogether.
