matter of fact, it kicks like a mule.
I know Its for balancing but it makes no sense. How dose a beam of light have recoil?
Is there some sort of science or story behind it that i'm too dumb to figure out?
*Sorry, no QQ range rant today.*
The question is not if I can or can not, but who is going to stop me?

It could be the oscillation of the frequency crystal that hampers catastrophic meltdown of the mechanism.
But that's just a guess.

It does. You just have to place your shots well and not fire it like it won't matter. Good SCR users will make sure that each shot counts.

Also if you are an Assault Rifle user, I'd try the Tactical and Burst variants before the SCR Rifle. It will help teach you a about making sure all your shots are on point.
And that really matters when that one shot can be the difference between 50 WP and becoming baked Swiss cheese.

The coolant gets released as soon as the weapon fires, and to keep up with your fire rate it fires that coolant super quickly, making your weapon go wild when you fire at a high speed.

They just have different laws that apply to them, it's not the same as breaking :P
But yeah, subatomic particles behave weirdly, and any attempt to bring them together with normal physics in equations and **** usually doesn't end well.

Then again though if a photon doesn't have mass, how do black holes suck up light via gravity? You need objects with mass to exert and feel the force of gravity no?

But even so, it would take HUUUUUUGE amounts of light to actually produce any form of noticable recoil.

Gravity isn't a force so much as a curvature of spacetime. The light is travelling in a straight line, but space has been curved in onto itself. Proving this during an eclipse earned Einstein a Nobel Prize, and made him a household name since he had effectively disproved Newton's model of gravity.

Scrambler technology is based on a cartridge containing a micro nuclear bomb that focuses the resulting energy through a gravimetrically stabilized focusing crystal. The recoil is the result the of the blast being focused into the aperture. Excess heat from the nuclear reaction is then diverted into the cooling array.
Hmm... I might have to work on this and make it sound more complicated.

Ah I knew that *hits self in head*
I forgot that gravity is a curvature of spacetime and that the reason things "fall" into a black hole is because the curvature literally places the black hole into its future...it's inevitable because it lays directly into the objects future timeline.
