Enough of the Caldari holding patent to our beloved prototype assault SMG. Time for the Tribes to take back what is rightfully ours and arm our warriors with a native weapon designed to rip apart all that stand in our way. Ishukone industrial spies may have stolen the original plans but Freedom Extension should put their designs on the market.
Now is the time for the Freedom Assault Submachine Gun to replace the crappy copy sold by Ishukone.

Just pre-loaded. Minmatar technology might appear rusty and flimsy, but it's actually pretty high-tech stuff.

All that peace keeping they do must really tie in well with their weapon's manufacture, eh?
Not sure what advanced spacecraft engineering, electronics, medicine, and biotechnology have to do with low-grade weapon's technology but if the shoe fits...

Gallente and Amarr have the highest technology in the Galaxy. Hence why we use drones instead of soldiers. Now, CCP Iceland's shoddy drone mechanics and UI on the other hand....
Nah but in all seriousness I think I read somewhere that the Matari have nuclear warheads on all of their small arms rounds or something. Don't quote me on that though.

The actual projectiles that are fired happen to be quite technologically advanced. 2. The Minmatar are not the only ones to use projectile weapons, just the only ones to specialize in it. 3. The Minmatar shield systems are highly advanced, almost if not equal to Caldari shield systems.

And the ancient Terrans developed it in their first 20000 years. And then they grew out of it. 3. It takes the Matari a shield extender to even match the shield systems that come standard with a Caldari suit. The only reason they can match us is due to the extra modular ability they afforded by unfocused design, so they just said "let the user figure it out!"

While you could say it's just a layering of various materials, that's oversimplifying it in the extreme. 2. It was not grown out of. Also, yes, the Minmatar specialize in it. Which is why their projectile tech is even more lethal. 3. Minmatar have excellent shield tech, they just don't rely on it as much as the Caldari do.

Ishukone haved worked closely with the Minmatar in the past. Before his death, Otro Gariushi gave Maleatu Shakor Insorum, the antidote for Vitoc for FREE. When it could've been worth trillions.
Seems only fitting that Ishukone would manufacture the occasional Minmatar weapon don't you think? |

Seems only fitting that Ishukone would manufacture the occasional Minmatar weapon don't you think? Unrelated, but you once said this, basically each race's rifle will have variants to mimic the others. Is that still planned? right now the AR has all variants, but the scrambler rifle and the new upcoming rifles seem to only have assault variants.

Acctually they did, which the minmatar used to great effect during their incursion into amarr space that freed millions of people and rediscovered the lost tribe.

Unrelated, but you once said this, basically each race's rifle will have variants to mimic the others. Is that still planned? right now the AR has all variants, but the scrambler rifle and the new upcoming rifles seem to only have assault variants. The base rail rifle is a "breach", slow firing automatic. Also gets an assault variant. So rail rifle is missing tactical, and burst. The base combat rifle is an "burst", fires in 3 round bursts. Also gets an assault variant. So rail rifle is missing tactical, and breach. The base scrambler rifle is a "tactical", fires single fire long range. Also gets an assault variant. So rail rifle is missing burst, and breach. The base assault rifle is a "assault", fires in fast automatic fire. Also gets a breach variant. Also gets a burst variant. Also gets a tactical variant. So assault rifle is missing NOTHING, and gets EVERYTHING. You're a hard to find dev on the forums, so I just had to ask despite how unrelated it is.
They're still planned. They won't be coming in the same release as the rail rifle and combat rifle though.

Are you covering a naming mistake with some new lore invented on the spot or revealing connections through what looks like a mistake but has secretly been planned all along? I must seek guidance of an independent lore master. |

Right, and then Jamyl decided to 'all our base still belong to us' and HADOKEN cannon the entire fleet to death with a Terran weapon. I'm familiar with the story but the lore is a bit outdated, still says they're working on the patents to mass produce it. I was wondering where they got all the Insorum....

Yes, but breach and burst are almost useless, if you have to shoot at medium long range TAR is better and at close range no oher variant beat the normal AR. So AR have basically 2 variants like the other rifles.

We Matari have been here since Mordu's Private Trials. We converted our starship mechanics suits to become the very first Logistics Dropsuit. We brought our SMGs and Mass Drivers to cause pain. I'm guessing your question has a different meaning. Please rephrase.

No you answered it . I'm trying to learn about the races and cultures of New Eden and I just believed them to be a separate race all together separate from the four . Thank you for clearing that up for me .
