How many of you come across people you know and interact with on the Forums in matches on a regular basis?
Its like I have 2 sets of social groups. The ones I play night after night; then ones on the Forums day in-day out.
Besides Dust Fiend and calvin b, Cubs, and ReYgNuM I haven't run across anyone on here, on any sort of regular basis.
I just saw General Tipper for the first and only time ever, yesterday; once.

I'm fairly sure I'd remember having come across you in the field. Also the first days of battle-finder were somewhat chaotic so maybe there was some **** up or something.
Anyways, I'd really like to see more people from the forums in game but maybe it's because of our play-times don't quite mix good between EU and US or something. I have tried to take tourist trips to US server lol.
I think people (at least me) tend to have quite fixed play times so it's usually the same people to play with/against.

I almost never notice if anyone in the game is someone i've read in the forums, im usually too focused on other factors. That being said, I have seen Shotty Gobangs name in the screen after you get killed a few times... that dudes fast.

I only play a few matches a week these days, but I still see a forum goer every couple games or so. Reg and CUBS more often than most, based on their sheer volume of playtime. 
I mostly keep an eye out for other heavies. Basically, because I want to kill them to prove my worth.

I have seen quite a number of forum posters in-game and I always enjoy seeing someone I recognize. I'm typically on the lookout for my fellow scouts, however there are so many that have distinctive names and that post often that it's easy to spot the forum warriors. I work odd hours so I often don't see a 'regular' group of folks.
Just from this thread I've ran across General John Ripper, True Adamance, Denak Kalamari, Vicious Minotaur and Dust Fiend in-game in the past.
And many, many more. |

I kept her on the forums because I'm a likewhore.
Plus having a corp tag and gameplay reputation would make people apply biases to my posts, so I prefer it this way. |

Probably happened, I mainly run, dirt cheap suits. Always broke. Dragonfly scout/asault with LR or smg's. |
