Hello everybody!

Some of you may already know me, some others may never heard of me, so let's do presentation first.
I'm Maphia Clan Corporation diplomat and PR, and former CEO.
I'm typing here, just because we want to let you know that we're being involved in Planetary Conquest again, this time we're not going (temporarily) to join any alliance or coalition.
We did a lot of fresh new stuff in our corporation.

- We split the corporation into two:
Maphia Clan Corporation is now the non-active players corporation and is our Academy.
Maphia Clan Unit Unicorn is now our active top players corporation

-We made polls in order to "pass" the power periodically. The new "legal" system have been designed taking inspiration from the "Ius Comune"

-Maphia Clan Corporation won't participate in any Planetary Conquest Battle as a Corporation.

-Maphia Clan Unit Unicorn will attack several districts. We will claim our Prime first.

-Maphia Clan Unit Unicorn will ring for anybody who can actually pay.

-Maphia Clan Unit Unicorn won't ring against the following Corporations:
- Grupo de Asalto Chacal
- United Pwnage Service
- What the French
- What the French Academy
- Academy Inferno
- Seraphim Initiative..
- Seraphim Auxiliaries

-Please note that Maphia Clan Corporation members, led by a Maphia Clan Unit Unicorn player, may ring for any corporation, for educational purposes only.

-We may even ring for free if you show us you got a rainbow inside of you, otherwise the fee may change from player to player. You can hire an entire squad, with a Huge discount.

-We won't play against each others. If this is the case we'll chose the best offerer and ring for him, giving notice to both corporations within a reasonable amount of time ( 5 hours before battle )

So does this mean you and all the corps you listed will stop going into pub games like ambush etc in full proto gear calling out 3 tanks in multi squads and pubstomping new players then ???

It's funny because whilst all the good corps were doing FW you guys were still pubstomping in proto gear in the pub games ...

An alliance involves coordinated tactics. What's described here is little more than one half of a mutual nonaggression pact.

Just because they don't have an alliance below their name doesn't mean squat either. Maphia Clan is in CRONOS, and not attacking their allies only cements this.

If there were other corps on that list that were never part of CRONOS i would agree it's a none aggression deal, but lol. All the corps there belongs / belonged to CRONOS... aka, the EU Donut.

Alliance (capital "a") - official association in New Eden
alliance (lower case "a") - loose confederation with no official relationship

Same thing happens here:

Earth (capital "e") - the planet
earth (lower case "e") - dirt

Nope, an alliance is an official relationship regardless of its context in or out of game. It's a co-operative group following a common goal. "I won't punch you in the face" is not an alliance.

So people need an "official" name below their corp name to be considered in an alliance? If so lol @ your definition of being in an alliance.

EoN is an alliance in DUST and on other games. We don't have any official press release for other games. Behind closed doors, or public everyone knows where we stand.

I disagree - "official" indicates something formal. You can have an informal alliance with someone that can fall apart. Traditionally in New Eden these are referred to as coalitions, though you can make a case for alliance (little "a").

People have "wink wink nod nod" partnerships all the time, both in game and in real life.

Formal and official, alliance and coalition, these are both synonyms. So I'm afraid I'm not sure what distinction you are making.

OP I hope you understand that Actions have Consequences. A prime is no easy feat earned or kept. STB is an prime example, no pun intended

FW has an affect on the EVE universe and is usually frequented by better skilled and more organized squads and therefore the use of your best gear is understandable

Running full proto in Pub Games which is frequented by new / inexperienced players is scrub worthy

Tldr: Merc corp in Merc corp game announces itself as a Merc corp takes a look at the player base number then decides to eliminate massive income and boasting rights by having a big cuddle with nrly 30% of the player base

That number could be higher

You should do your homework! That number is much smaller than 30 % , roughly a 2 % of the active player base. Of course, if you just look at numbers, Maphia 's got 500+ players, but only a 50ish are active, while smaller corps have the same amount of active players.

Here's where you're wrong. I would fight for anyone for isks: yes. If someone asks me to fight against others in my own corporation and offers me billions of isks I'd say no. Same if they ask me to attack one of my friend. Being in an alliance would mean that if they need someone I'd ring for free. But I'm not in any alliance. If they need me they'd get a big discount because they're friends, but they'd still pay. We're not going to act like Cain until Able attack us. I personally consider many players in GAC my friends, and i would never play against them (even because of some sort of fair play because we know exactly how we move on the battlefield etc.)

In other words, I'm not going to betray a friend, not an ally.

Another thing I already pointed out is that we're not going to attack UPS too. They have never been our allies here on Dust, but they were on MAG and many players are personal friends with many players here in the Unit.

SI's almost dead, there's not even any point in attacking them, but again, because of fair play, because we know how they play we're not going to ring against them.

I'd love to see Cronos rebirth, but I think that the glue that used to keep us all together has melted a bit (personal Infos that I'm not going to peddle).

That's rubbish because I played alot of pub games today with your corp and anyway I'm not saying you're a 'bad guy' for killing new players I'm saying your just simply bad at the actual game, i mean seriously who gets a 1-1 KD/R in a pub game using proto v guys in militia it's embarrassing
