Get a girl friend that no one pays attention to, get benefits from her, no strings. She is happy, you have no pressure to find a girlfriend and you think more clearly. Then when someone comes along you really like you can transition over to her and leave the other one on good terms.
Trust me she will thank you for all the attention, sex and self esteam you gave her and she will have the confidence to go and get a real boyfriend and you both will be happy.

Did she just come out and say it, or were you pushing the issue?
If she just out and said that for no reason, she isn't happy with dude, and probably wants to date you. This doesn't mean break them up, just don't be overly friendly with her. Keep your contact with her flirty or you risk ending up in the friend zone.
If you in any way let her know you wanted to date her, or inquired about dating or anything like that, chances are she is just letting you down easy. If you have romantic feelings for her, don't continue to torture yourself by "being her friend" because she will never want to date you. Just move on with your life if this is the case. |
