In case any Americans here don't know what the distance of a meter equates to in feets. That 13.2m is is about 43.3ft diameter. How on earth does a MD have a blast diameter that huge! No wonder MD's wipe out everything in a small room. Lolz.

The fact that I can read is due to fear that if I did not learn to read I would end up working in a Fish Plant. You could say I was motivated! Although the Canadian education system did provide me with plenty of support, so they deserve some credit.

So I just think of it as 10 measures.

But it could be tested...just act out the picture I typed and see if the two victims receive the damage.
