This has been another mathematics lesson with CCP Logibro. I like Pi .. 3.14159... a mathematical constant that never change. Only in flat space i'm afraid, so even pi is has moods. Sometimes it's bigger, sometimes it's smaller, depending on the relativistic weather ;) |

This has been another mathematics lesson with CCP Logibro. Transcendental dude ... At least he's not repeating himself. |

I learned in grade school how to find the internal volume of a 50cm D by 300cm L pipe" P1" and then find the internal volume of a second pipe 45 cm D by 300 cm L pipe "P2" then to deduct P2 from P1 to obtain the variable to be filled with expanding foam before calculating net internal volume to then calculate the port tunning frequency of a subwoofer DIY Home Theater cabinet? Now that's education. =)
Did you ever grind you own telescope lenses? |

Ahhh, good, That means when you're a guest at a Minmatar tribal gathering one of your facepaint colours is optical rouge ;) |

To be honest I don't know, I just assume when they say something they are correct.
Lets poke CCP Logibro and see if he knows/can get an answer
/poke CCP Logibro Correct me if i'm wrong ... but i'm pretty sure you can't have Radius without a circumference, and the diameter is part of the Radius. I find all this stuff so confusing .... Holy ****, I learned all of this stuff when I was 12; how does anyone now at days confuse geometry in the slightest? I thought Dust 514 had a "smarter" player base, I was apparently very incorrect. That's pretty harsh dude. There's many kinds of smarts besides regurgitated book smarts. |
