Yea totally.. Scouting and hacking and not fighting is SOOOOO much fun!

I don't understand the point of giving out rewards where the majority of people who play dust can only use or none of the items issued in each tier. It's great to recieve proto gear for rewards but you guys need to consider making them no skill requirments.

thanks CCP, you really know how to **** your veteran players off. the guys who have stayed loyal to you in the end get nothing while the guys who left this game for dead get quafe assault suits? really? all your telling me and the other vets is "leave this game if you want to be rewarded, actually playing this game and hitting your cap every week is overrated."

seriously? what the hell? either you make it so we can also get the suits or expect the vets to leave until we're eligible for our "please come back" awards.

Dear CCP,

Hi, this is one of your more casual fans again, you know the guys who spend maybe 5 hours a week 10 at most on your game and that is if we have the time with what is called a "life". Your faction warfare challenge week is absolutely ridiculous, the amount of grind upon which you are wanting is over 6 hours, and that's if and a big if Scotty isn't messing up like he has been, if the factional war contracts are out that we want, if the squad actually joins the factional war we want them to and on the correct side. Realistically speaking, with how faction warfare has been in the past, all the way up to current day, I see just getting the Tier 1 rewards taking up to 8 hours, at this point I might as well just go to work, come back home and buy the items plus a lot more. For tier III rewards the time needed to get them would be at least 13 hours, assuming you get into the faction you want to every time that week. 40matches*20minutes=800minutes/60=13.33hours So 13 hours and 25 minutes would be close to the least amount of time spent to achieve these rewards and you expect people to do it in one week, with a 55-45% win ratio, which is friken ridiculous, should be more around 45-35% at the highest for people to actually be able to attain the prizes who aren't in the top corps.

In short CCP, this event sucks, it is a horrible event, if you had maybe given us 2-3 weeks, then I would call this reasonable or doable by most of the Dust 514 crowd, but as it currently stands, you are just going to reward the pub stompers yet again who won't even give a damn cause they already use better gear then this. If you are going to make an event make it doable by more then half your audience and within reasonable time constraints, I do want to have a girlfriend, friends, family etc in my life.

Will all matches apply for the rewards, or only the ones we fight from start to finish?
I think it's not fair, to be tossed into a battle that is lost already, without the possibility to have any influence on the outcome, just to spoil your own record...

Would like heavy rewards

Indeed, the Academy is seriously messed up. People get out of it in 3 to 4 matches, they hit pub or fw, get stomped, uninstall game. That is happening. WP should be upwards of 20k wp or smth similar.

It didnt use to be that way remember, but all the fail hards that call themselves good players kept making alternates going to the academy and raping simply to isk farm. Thats the problem is when people fimd a way to, exploit something they feel they are entitled to do so rather than having a modicum of honor, self restraint, or discipline.

October Event Schedule


October is for Winners
Over the course of October, we will be rewarding those who manage to take down their enemies by providing bonus Skill Points for your first three wins each day in any game mode or contract type, except Planetary Conquest. In each of these first three wins, you will earn double the value of the War Points earned in bonus SP. These bonus SP will NOT count against your weekly Skill Point Cap.

This event will run all October long!
