Or even a combination of the two... Plus, no matter which direction you take, you can introduce some man-made, industrial-like architecture into the map.
There are so many possibilities for map design, and if you look at the size of the mines/caves depicted above, vehicles would be of use. With some creativity, you could make some truly awesome maps for dropship pilots with major skill. |

Snipers on 6th floor buildings, tanks rollin in on the streets gettin blown up by swarm launchers on the roof, dropship flies in and kills them. The map will feel GIGANTIC.
With destructible buildings like Battlefield so the map will be ever evolving and changing as such ..
No route through to that alley ... * boom  * , there is now !!! .

A large porous cave With with a Gallente drug producing facility sitting directly above it with stairs and elevators going down. The cave will have areas with high levels of gas that could either kill the player, give him a high, or both. In planetary conquest this would be used to produce performance enhancing nanite injectors so you can give yourself a hit with L1 or use R1 to treat someone else. Maybe you could even give an enemy too much. |

Mine would proberly be either trench warfare. huge map with trenches, bunkers, towers and turrets everywhere.
Or perhaps a ruined city, with loads of fallen debry, wrecked vehicles and ruined buildings. |

I've been playing battlefield since BF2 and quite honestly this has to be one of my favorite maps.
It has high ground and low ground all in one place while providing immense distance between objectives.
A sinking EVE ship of any kind in the ocean or a cargo vessel would be pretty cool too. |

there is no way get there on foot. i think this is one of reason why sniper rifle dosen't make balance.
maybe they add fence at every sinping spot for make meaningless there place someday and said they make balance.
i think this will happen at future's map what they making. just like Gallente Research. why there is fance? is there any way to scientist get there and fall down? |
