FoxFour and friends are giving some loving to faction warfare. Being able to join a faction and have access to the EVE side faction channel would be cool.

Though I would note that the First Nations within the continent of America had some incredibly diverse nations with exceptional technology, social structures and capacities beyond what the current state of the Americas. The Iroquois governmental system was the basis for the US constitution after all. Though they messed it up by implementing it as a patriarchal system instead.
