Sadly, i do not believe it, but, just give it a look on a positive perspective, (if you armor tank, of course), While their become even more heavier and harder to kill, so do we, don't you think?.

Ladwar isn't jerking your leg. Without mods or proficiency skills even Standard Forge Guns sit under 1.4k damage (Assault and Base-line). The example suit on page one would shave off over 600 damage with the minus ten percent penalty. For simplicity say 800 goes to armor, the ten percent damage bonus still leaves one hundred plus armor left.

Proto (and all breach) will still OHK it.
