...Until you realise the Core Focused Repair Tool has a punishing fitting cost, which limits the logibro's ability to tank him/herself (especially if we're throwing in the triage hives too).
Then add the fact that flux grenades are going to be wiping out those hives as well as the logibro's shields.
Then add the fact that core locus nades and MDs are going to eradicate the logibro first, leaving the heavy a fat chicken ready to be consumed.
The thread about changes to armour plates isn't a clarion call to all armour tankers to leave the MCC and return to battle.
It's an early warning to shield/hybrid tankers to prepare their flux + MD combos. |

Our Holy Sentinel Warrior has four low slots and one high slot.
That gives us 666.6 more hp. The mark of the beast of god!

Im sure there will be stacking penalties. I feel like on this one CCP went all out to see how Armour tanking would develop with the current stats on plates and what not. See if movement speed is what we need or simply EHP buffs. Now we Armour tankers have the potential to have the high EHP staying power we should have had last build, while having 600+ EHP may sound daunting you have to remember there are still a lot of explosives weapons users in the game and Grenades still deal 500 Damage straight up to us, not to mention the 35% bonus to explosive weaponry against armour...... |

Not if your a gallente logi and you get 25% off the PG/CPU of any equipment at lvl 5 racial....... Then it works out just fine ;) |
