Just finished the grind to get complex regulators and other than being harder to fit, i have not noticed a difference. I think they need a performance increase across the board especially considering the value of other modules... |

Basic regulator: 10% Enhanced regulator: 20% Complex Regulator: 25%
The complex should really be 30%, or at least change the enhanced one to 15%.
When in combination with stacking penalty, it doesn't make any sense to use two complex ones for a 10% (not even) increase instead of two enhanced ones. |

Cause my repair only does 6.25 and I saw many proto start regen right after they start running away or in middle of battle. |

The level 5 bonus adds 2.5% to the COMPLEX module... That's 15 hundredths of a second for most suits. |

Personally I don't think there is anything wrong with them, they are sure hell of a lot better than armor repairers, specially when combined with shield rechargers. |

Wrong, with a couple of them you can get a repair of 20+ with only a 2 second delay.
Quote:Replace extenders and are not worth it.
Wrong, armor repairers replace a armor slot and they are necessary since we have no passive repair, you can always ignore them or you can use them and get repairs of up to 60+. |

6sec regen lvl 3 reg= 20% + 6% efficiency= 21.2 reduction or a little under 1.3 seconds 3 weeks / 600k SP later 6sec regen lvl 5 reg= 25% + 10% efficiency= 27.5 reduction or about 1.6 seconds
The armor rep works as long as needed the regulator works at most for 1 and a half seconds... Again im not comparing this to armor at all anyway, im comparing its effectiveness to its cost, which flat out sux. |

I stack them so it's worthwhile for me to go proto... I can substitute my 3x enhanced for 2x complex and get the same recharge, or 3x complex for 1.85s regular delay or 5.57s after fluxing...
Still, I wouldn't say no to beefing up the percentage on complex. |

I only have 2 lows and one must be a CPU upgrade (even with lvl 5 electronics) so i don't have the stacking luxury. You think they were balanced with stacking in mind? If so thats why I mentioned the stacking penalty increase along with the bonus increase to account for that and not make them op. As they are now.... A HUGE sp sink |

There's currently a bug where shield regen X seconds after they get hit first, instead of X seconds after they got hit last.
There's also a separate bug where dropping someone's shields from full to empty in one hit triggers the shield delay as well as the shield depleted delay, but that doesn't happen as often. |
