If they made the tank models turn into an environment object and had a very simple model (for each racial tank) with a very simple collision mesh I don't think it would lag at all.

Because I didn't realize it was even there until now. I assumed that there was already a system in place to keep people from walking around with a fully charged shot to oneshot someone.

They should increase your movement/sprint speed a little in general, not just "remove armor debuffs" or whatever. I would stack those and use super small armor plates so I can be a little speedy.
