can someone explain this to me like 5 (without numbers) does the efficacy mean the armour plate might say it is 65hp but in reality its 60hp say? cause that doesnt make sense to the drop suit output or does it add an extra say 10% if you get it ...

the on screen text says: +10% to dropsuit scan range per level does this mean 10% to the suit like passive skills such as there is for shields and mechanics? or do you only get a bonus when you use a range amplifier module?

I have forge gun op and proficiency, but to be honest all you need is the first tier breach forge - dont waste the SP... and make sure you get in a position to get two shots off if needed. just get lvl 1 in forge and get the breach - and thats it...
