Railgun is a little OP. 10% less damage to shields would be nice. CCP should Buff the Hmg, LAZER, shotgun (range) And plasma cannon to make dust more interesting!!

I got disconnected from the servers tonight and couldn't reconnect... Also the hit detection was off (especially for the mass driver, shot 4 shots right at a guy and did no damage) and the new rifles seem OP. My fully auto scrambler rifles couldn'...
