Look at destiny, the version on the ps3 is not a dumbed down version of next gen. It will have all the same content as the ps4, but it won't be as pretty. Bungie conferred this.

CCP had promises for dust, and didn't deliver. On the other hand, anything i have heard about destiny is positive, and Bungie will meet most of there promises becuase they have in the past. A Dust fanboy may argue that destiny has a larger budge...
