Imo cloak cost too much for what it gives. I will skill in lvl.3 scout to try it, also i like the gal scout, it reminds me ghost recon, i only need the tactical RR and i'll be happy.

Did you notice? The game seems slower, probabily is the 3x SP event, but the player count on eve-offline looks usual.

It's a mess, the hit detection is horrible, lag spikes, freeze. I see people teleporting, sometime i see everyone running on their position and then warp. Can you take a look at it?

I must deal with target with low HP or wounded, a charged shot with my std knives don't kill anyone. Plus i'm using a LP std gallente suit, i've tried adv knives on a alt, they are much more effective.

I believe that light AV weapons work as intended, they are good versus light targets, you have more mobility but you deal less damage. But they need a slight buff or light vehicles need a slight nerf.
