Active scanning needs to be balanced with passive scanning. Passive scanning is a little OP. Make active scanners more viable, so that assaults can use this piece of equipment to find targets and shoot them in the face.

I presume it's the same bug that happens with rifles sometimes; when you see a huge (i mean huge) image of a gun projected in the sky over a map. The first time I experienced that bug was a WTF moment.

I think the minmatar should get a shotgun, but not the caldari or amarr. They can get different specialist weapons. A shotgun for the minmatar kind of makes sense. Also, we can then have shield based (gallente) and armour based (minmatar) shotguns.
