the issue is that if an enemy is aimed at the cru/uplink, and they fire, they can still damage you. if weapon is aimed, switched, or the player moves, that's when your cloak drops.

I would say go off a point system. Ea team has 12 vehicle points. when expended, no more vehicles can spawn LAV's - 2 pts Dropships - 3 pts HAV's - 4 pts
