I really struggle with the blaster, but the railgun is OK will the bonus apply to railguns and not just blasters.

Does it help? I think it makes the burst quicker but not the gap between bursts but I not sure, Does it help accuracy, dispersion and kick is probably based on time and not shots fired so a speed increase probably helps

Is the victors neg-1 bugged? , It has heat build up of 13.5 instead of 21, If it has the same exponential damage increase as normal LR then it would be ridiculous.

Maybe there is a bug and I certainly don't have up to date information. I searched for payouts but the payouts seems higher, And the booster bonus seems to give more than 25% also the standing at the end of battle seems different to the standin...

A tactic in factional warfare seems to be "let the enemy have a hack some letters it makes it easier to clone them" The thing is if they are clearly much better I think it is okay to play into hands and die lots of times by charging letters.

If you know your team is going to win I and you have a mean streak I actually suggest the rail rifle, less people escape surprise attacks, the other rifles sometimes give the enemy a chance to get to cover

Thanks for the answer, I really wanted the extra radius and 5% and not 3%, I might be better of with a min scout, I will skill into both, try both and then do the respec I have been planning to do anyway

Accord to the web Gallente Scout Bonus: +5% bonus to dropsuit scan radius and 5% reduction to scan profile per level However in the skill description says 2% precision and 3% profile I take it got nerfed
