21. Sidearm Switch Bug - in Technical Support/Bugs [original thread]
Switching to a sidearm and firing immediately will sometimes cause you to switch back to your primary weapon. This is very annoying and has gotten me killed several times. Please fix

I believe the starter fits have been adjusted recently so this is probably intended. It shouldn't make much of a difference, you can always replace it for a few hundred isk.
