Nay, what you speak of is the roles EWAR will fill, AV nades need to be a deterrent, enough to stop tanks and LAV's from getting too close. They should not be as effective as swarm launcher.

Honestly, the only thing I can say that they actually got right about dust was the fitting system, everything else is a shambles. Though you have to wonder whether the game balance would be better without it.
