the skill cap is the limit on how much sp you can make in one week, the current limit is 190k sp without boosters and once you've hit the cap you make 1 sp per 1wp up too 1000 wp, so once you've hit the cap the most you can make is 1000sp per game...

I'd dump the RE for a nanohive, it lets you carry out all the jobs a logi is supposed to do. I personally prefer to run flux's with a MD but there's no reason not to use AV nades. and like others have said drop the precision for plates or a repper
