Like wtf, i charge, hit my target dead on while theyre still, rarely actually hit them, i charge, look at them then turn away and let go - OHK them, also i thought they did a base damage so i dont have to charge them, doesnt seem like it to me

why not base it loosely around eves cloaking modules? passive one lets you be invisible after being still for a while except when hacking/ attacking active ones let you be invisible doing everything but hacking and attacking
