It's hard to be invested when there is no downside to losing. Wtf. The winning side should get a 100% increase bonus in isk. You still have to earn isk but the better you do the better the bonus.

Fitting skills are the most important skill you can train. Maxing out the ability of your mostly free gear is how I start. Light weapon upgrade is my fav skill. It's amazing how much better you can fit with everything skilled up.
