SP or ISK a million is a drop in a bucket. 10 Million SP and you should be well developed for the most part as long as you put the SP in the right spot. 10 Million ISK is just for the weekend.

The HMG reload skill is a complete waste of time and is a huge SP sink. If you skill it to 5 all you are doing is saving 2 seconds on a 8 seconds reload time. The reload of the HMG is the worse in the game, no other weapon has so many problems and...
