I haven't carried an armor repair module since 1.3 they are just too ineffective, it's better to just have more hp and find a repper hive or supply depot. that said **** armor, i'm sick of them getting all the nice toys.

I think it would be better served to be +15-20% head shot multipier. like the shot gun and nova knife it's just better served with a variant proficiency and imo this one fits while encouraging skilled shots.
