I suggested bounties in the feedback forums. the general consuses was to mimic eve bounties, if you put a 1 million isk bounty on a player, the people getting him will get a portion of that based on what fitting he was wearing at the time he died...

currently the only point in dust is that you value surviving a lot more then in other games, by putting a price on dieing suddenly you feel it a lot more when you do die. most of us are hoping they expand purpose beyond that in the future.
