I play lots of games where it seems I'm the only Logi - its luck of the draw. Besides I believe their is a big difference between a good logi and an SP miner who only wants the 60 points for reviving when your still in the middle of a firefight.

don't forget the efficiency bonus on shield extenders skill (I think its 3% per level but cant remember off hand) If I'm right that's actually = +25% for proto suit and extenders and you also have the passive 25% bonus available to max shields
