I believe this issue is due to spawning with your neocom or kill board up. You can fix it after spawn as mentioned above.

This bug is caused by opening neocom or kill board while re spawning and not closing it before re spawn (I think kill board does it, can't quite remember). It is fixable, as mentioned earlier, by pressing start.
