+1 Had the exact same idea in mind. All militia racial suits, sp has no effect and accesible to all, 5k sp pay+100k isk, along with no leaderboard gains Would discourage stompers from joining

....or rather, they could make facwar alliance war, so if you fight for caldari, you would be able to join amarr battles, but get paid cal lp, same goes for min and gal. Decoupling facwar from eveside would be a start.

Removing AA from such a weapon will make it completely up against scout and assault strafers, try out the acr and hmg on m/kb(esp acr) so you can have an idea how much they rely on aa to do their role. I would prefer if there was a small spoolup ...
