The hard thing though, is we don't have a huuuuge site of statistics to see who really is the best at a certain weapon. So while I think (insert name here) is the best at using a Shotgun, I can't say with certainty that she/he really IS the best. ...

So far the only thing I've learned is running militia items is NOT the way to build up your isk... apparently. *shrugs* but whatever. run militia items when you can and if your fitting allows you.

Scout lvl 3 will last you a long time. I'm not sure how much help I can be since I tend to use my CalScout as a medic (and everyone and their mom tells me that's the wrong way to do it) but I think getting shield extenders to 3 is also pretty good...
