The best way to prevent AFKing is to completely wipe out their SP if they do it too much. Halo reach did this to those for AFked in firefight, and it cut their numbers pretty drastically because of it. wanna go AFK? fine, you'll just get the ha...

Seriously. Throw a nade, pop his shields, put 1-2 shots into the heavy, and he's down. This combo is probably the best CQC combo you could possibly use against a heavy. Try it out. HowDidThatTaste experienced it earlier today. :P
