I spend quiet a few of my solo games testing things like range and dispersion. I often tap fire on my HMG to see what kind of real damage it does for each of the variants.

I'll also spend many games just walking around with blue berries picking out enemies for them to deal with as I take notice to the habits players take on some of the maps so I can better pub stomp on my alts.

Do the newberries realize they tend to stick in closed areas that HMG's totally destroy in? lol

The table top map for example - people stick to the corridor near tabletop that leads to A objective or near crates heavies can maneuver around to get closer without much fear.

I've been trying to figure out of HMG is really OP or the maps are all designed for it to appear that way. My findings suggest it's the maps fault so far. Heavies standing under that table top get killed more often then they do the killing.

sota pop is a 6/10 (sorry man, done 5-10 matches against you, only see you do well once or twice)

but i do agree with your HMG research, i think its the maps. . . i wouldn't be so good with smg's if cqc was as equally spaced as standard or long range combat. . .

No need to apologize! It's tough running solo and even I can't do well constantly. I enjoy the games I don't completely destroy in much much more then the ones I'm going 30/0. I only wish all my games had me going 7/7 with stories to tell rather then pub stomping over-n-over.
