1. AV vs. Vehicles balanced such that STD AV is on par with STD vehicles, and PRO AV on par with PRO vehicles. A fully skilled PRO AV'er should be able to wreck a STD vehicle with STD mods, no questions asked. ...also, ADV & PRO vehicle hulls...
