REs shouldnt be able to detonate when bleeding out, it makes no sense. you have to activate the detonation, which if your dead you can't do (obviously). BTW i use proto REs on my scout

I use boosters anyway to be honest, but I do feel a respec is needed. They are going to lose money because of the loyalty store anyway as far as AUR items go, so if this is their case for not providing one, they are misguided
