I'd say go for as many CPU upgrades as you want and i say this because the idea of dual tanking burns my eyes. hell get CPU and PG upgrades in those low slots to get proto nades and proto SMG instead of dual tanking...

If you were doing something wrong there would be a margin of error, no margins of error is good. I believe you get errors if you are trying to scan someone with sensor dampeners.
