Perhaps it should be a module that you activate. It being passive seems OP. I certainly would not complain if such a thing is implemented (unless a good tanker makes good use of the module to kill me, then I'll complain for a second or two).

I'd choose the "gimp yourself" option. Better safe than sorry. And when It comes to being sorry, there is almost nothing worse (in-game) than having large chunks of SP wasted. wasted SP=wasted real-life time

My SMG scout noticed many things, one of which is that my SMG is not as effective as it used to be. Another is that CQC is terrible (though not as bad as light frame suits are). It certainly saps the enjoyment from the game....
