Judge rahamandua did a video on this. No it makes no difference what your hacking is at. He recalled a vehicle with boo hacking, then skilled it to V, and recalled the same vehicle, put them side by side, and it shows no difference.

I would recommend the Minmatar Assault suit for that kind of fit because of the 5% clip size to side arms. At level 4, you get an extra shot out of the Core Flaylock, which is huge. Also a 90 round clip out of the Smg is nice. You can fit it with ...
