If there were notable downsides, yes. (Such as limited FOV, more difficult aiming, etc.) I really do like Third person shooters, but if the game has two versions, they need to have downsides in TPS.

Shotgun is impossible to aim with. I am not the only player who has experienced this issue. There are various Shotgun-vets who have also complained the aiming is terrible. It is IMPOSSIBLE to track an enemy player who is strafing or jumping around...
