TTK is far too low. I hardly run anything other than my standard "Sever" Minmitar Logistics with a basic CR, Basic RE's, Nanos, and either uplinks, a rep tool, or a scanner and I'm still usually top 5 if not top 3, and the whole suit at its cheape...
