1. Angers me to say, but they were right about the Scout Suit. - in General Discussions [original thread]
Is cloaking supposed to be applied across the board? If so, then it shouldn't be, cloaking should be for for scouts or at the very least, it should be something that can be skilled up. Personally, i have to agree with what others have already said...

Nah, you have to buy the skill. Goto 'Skills' on your character sheet. you'll see them there. Levels 1-5, each one cost more Skill Points than the last.
