Put the rep tool on you minnando, I have done it with militia, and it works pretty good. Eventually I will get at least ADV rep tools since it takes to long to rep someone with militia.

Yeah that works beautifully, sometimes, I am starting to like the AScR/ CR combo. Take the shields and them the armor, and it takes out those pesky caldari scouts which are hard to kill with a CR.
