I see no reason why Light suits should be capable of carrying around every weapon that a medium suit can. In my opinion of the light weapons only shotguns and sniper rifles should remain light weapons while the rest should be bumped up to mediums....

I've been thinking a basic gear and lower battle with a slightly smaller payout, so anyone can join but nobody has a huge HP advantage. And it won't be abused as a quick way to make ISK
