So if you see a scout cloak, all you have to do is spray your SMG and it will be gone? I'm not sure if this is true, but if it is cloaking won't be that powerful at all.

I use the combat rifle too. I use 2 complex shields a enhanced shield regulator, an enhanced CPU upgrade, advanced or basic flux grenades, and a flaylock pistol.
